Eligibility
Resident
- Persons who resides within the district boundary of the Paso Robles Cemetery District at the time of death.
- Persons who did reside within the district boundary and had to move out of their home to a care facility outside of the district due to health reasons
If a person meets one of the above two criteria they shall be eligible for interment at the Paso Robles District Cemetery and Resident Prices will apply.
Non-Resident
The Paso Robles District Cemetery may inter or sell interment rights to a person who is not a resident of the district if ONE of the following applies:

- The person has a family member interred at the Paso Robles District Cemetery.
- The person has a family member with interment rights at the Paso Robles District Cemetery.
- The person has a family member that resides within the Paso Robles Cemetery District lines.
- The person is a former resident of the Paso Robles Cemetery District with Interment Rights.
- The person died while serving in the Armed Forces or as a Peace officer or Fire Fighter.
- The person pays property taxes on land in the Paso Robles Cemetery District.
- The person is a former resident of the Paso Robles Cemetery District.
- There is no private cemetery within a radius of 15 miles of the person’s residence.
If a person meets one of the above criteria and is deemed eligible for interment at the Paso Robles District Cemetery Non-Resident Prices will apply.
